Join us for a special Cooking for You workshop at Oak Ridges Hospice on April 3rd.
Cooking for One After Loss
Losing a loved one is never easy, and adjusting to life's routines can feel overwhelming. That's why we're here to support you in a gentle transition as we explore the art of cooking for one.
Led by compassionate volunteers, this workshop is tailored for those who've experienced loss at Oak Ridges Hospice. Together, we'll navigate the kitchen with care, sharing tips, recipes, and heartfelt conversation.
Here's what you can expect:
Practical cooking demonstrations for delicious, single-serving meals
Guidance on meal planning and grocery shopping for solo dining
A safe space to share stories, memories, and support one another
No one should feel alone in the kitchen. Let's come together, nourish both body and soul, and take a step forward in our healing journey.
Date: April 3rd
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: Oak Ridges Hospice
