Supportive Care Coordinator - Part-Time
As a key member of the Supportive Care Department, the Supportive Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for leading and delivering grief and bereavement services at Oak Ridges Hospice. Reporting to the Supportive Care Department Lead, the Coordinator will focus on both resident/family support and community-based programming.
Fund Development & Communications Lead - 1 Year Contract
The Fund Development and Communication Lead is responsible for supporting organizational fundraising initiatives and goals, operational objectives and strategic goals, quality improvement, risk assessment, accreditation support, and compliance. This position also provides oversight to all aspects of marketing for the organization, including print materials, websites and social media. This role must provide support that embodies critical thinking and proactive problem solving, intuition, time management and collaboration skills.
