A Note About In Memoriam Gifts
At Oak Ridges Hospice, we are honoured to receive donations made in memory of loved ones. These gifts are a meaningful way to celebrate a life and support compassionate end-of-life care.
To protect the privacy of our residents and their families, we do not receive any personal contact information from our clinical team. This is in accordance with our privacy policy and our commitment to safeguarding all personal information.
If we are unable to obtain contact details directly from the donor or the family, we may reach out to the funeral home to help forward a notification on our behalf.
In an effort to be thoughtful and respectful, we send In Memoriam notifications once per month. Families will receive these by email or regular mail, depending on the contact information we have and their stated preferences.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to honour each gift with care and compassion.
