Oak Ridges Hospice is looking for a Fundraising Administration Volunteer to help us raise vital funds for compassionate care. Your administrative skills could play a key role in making a lasting impact in our community. If you’re ready to be a part of something bigger, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Data Entry: Help maintain accurate donor and event records
- Event Support: Assist with logistics, planning, and coordinating fundraising events
- Administrative Tasks: Help with preparing materials and managing communications
- Collaboration: Work with the Fund Development Coordinator and other team members to ensure fundraising success
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administrative experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially OneDrive)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
